We use building products that have been extracted, harvested or recovered, as well as manufactured, within 500 miles of the project site for a minimum of 10% or 20%, based on cost, of the total materials value. Following USGBC Materials and Resource (MR) certification guidelines. MR 2.0 Divert construction and demolition debris from landfills by recycling, salvaging, and reusing materials whenever possible. MR 4.0 Use materials sourced within 500 miles of product construction containing 60% post consumer product (recycled materials).
